We do not store your personal data or API keys on our servers. Your app data stays on your device, and your API keys are provided by you and stored securely on-device. When you choose to generate a briefing, the relevant context is sent to the AI provider you configure.

- Data from connected MCP integrations
- Generated podcast episodes and scripts
- Your API keys (stored in iOS Keychain)
- App preferences and settings
Third-Party Services
My Morning Cast uses AI services (like OpenAI) to generate your personalized briefings. When you use the app:
- Your calendar and task data is sent to the AI provider you’ve configured to generate your briefing
- You provide your own API keys, which are stored securely in iOS Keychain
- We do not have access to your API keys or the data you send to these services
- Please review the privacy policies of the AI providers you choose to use
No Accounts Required
We don’t require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal information to use My Morning Cast. There are no user profiles and no tracking.
Analytics and Tracking
We do not use analytics services, tracking pixels, or any other form of user tracking within the app. We don’t know who you are, what you’re doing, or when you’re using the app.
Data Storage
All app data is stored locally on your device using standard iOS storage mechanisms. Sensitive data like API keys is stored in the iOS Keychain, Apple’s secure storage system. If you delete the app, all local data is removed.
Children’s Privacy
My Morning Cast is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
